UFO Slice

This was captured on April 12, 2024 over Melbourne in Australia. In this footage was can see this object go from a stationary position to a very fast acceleration moments after the witness started to record this object. The witness stated the following "For people who may know, don’t planes and drones have green/red flashing lights to indicate aircraft position? Or some flashing/strobe light. Was stuck in the same place above the clouds for 10 minutes after we noticed and just happened to choose to record it when it moved. It covered a pretty sizable distance from a complete standstill"
