This was sighted over Astoria a neighborhood in the western portion of the New York City borough of Queens On December 13, 2024. The witness stated the following: " Last night, around 12am I was in bed.. I have a big window in front of me and suddenly saw a bunch of white bright translucent round orbs, darting UP in the sky. They looked like plasma, is the best way to describe them- like moon shaped plasma, and moved super fast upwards. I caught the tail end which is the video you’re seeing now. There were around 10-20ish darting up in a cluster before I managed to take this video. A few min later I saw one more fly up." She also added "they looked like PLASMA in person. Translucent organic matter."
