In my chat with Dr. Courtney Brown, he discussed that there are two main groups of extraterrestrials - the "good guys" and the "bad guys", which encompass various alien races including the Greys. He stated that the "bad guys" dominate on Earth and have signed agreements with the U.S. government and some others to conduct experiments and operations here in exchange for help with technology related to the craft retrieval program. As evidence, he cited comments from Haim Eshed, former head of the Israeli Space Directorate, who has stated plainly that the U.S. government has signed agreements with extraterrestrials.
