In this episode of Lehto Files, I’m joined again by Navy engineer and inventor Salvatore Pais to discuss one of the wildest ideas in modern “new physics”: what he calls “Weapons of Time.”
Pais lays out the core chain he repeats throughout the conversation:

linking energy to frequency / vibration (Ω),
using a simple calculus step (the “chain rule”) to relate changes in Ω to a time term (Δt),
