On September 11, 2021, after dark in Trabuco Canyon in southern Orange County, California, these two glowing twin circles suddenly showed up in infrared only below an airliner that retired Orange County Deputy Sheriff Jim Slikker was recording with his brand new FLIR PTM 466 infrared monocular engineered with a good zoom and mp4 recorder.
