UFO Slice

The witness stated the following "I recorded this with an iPhone 12 Pro Max.
Video timestamp on my phone is 9:20PM.
I was on a late night bike ride today just for a nice cruise and some exercise after work. As I was coming out of a neighborhood street onto a road which sees quite a bit more traffic I saw all of these lights off to the Northeast, as I was heading East. They all just kept moving in the same southeastern heading, but were continually climbing as they proceeded.
After the video I continued my ride heading east. It's an uphill climb from where I was in the video so I was hoping to get another or better angle but by the time I got as far east as I could go (basically the base of the Sandia Mountains called the foothills), I couldn't get a good shot of them. I could still see them with my eyes though, and they were definitely still lit up heading in a somewhat random fashion as seen in the video higher, and still southeastern." He when on to add. "They definitely seemed 'different' to me. Too low for satellites, too random for drones (though I'd say I'm pretty inexperienced when it comes to their overall dynamics). Literally as soon as I saw them I stopped and started recording."
