UFO Slice

This object was sighted on January 23, 2022 and the witness stated the following: "I was driving my tractor trailer on I-78 Eastbound in Watchung N.J. and happened to look up and noticed a strange pulsating extremely bright light so I basically pulled over as soon as I could safely and recorded it .I definitely not the moon definitely not the international space station (ISS) and it is definitely not an airplane."
