Götzis is a town in the western Austrian state of Vorarlberg, Austria.
The witness stated the following: " It's not unusual to see hot air balloons in this area, but for me it didn’t look like a hot air balloon because it looks to straight on the sides and not really round, but i’m no expert, i just thought it was interesting. I tried to google about resent sighting’s in this area but couldn’t find anything." When asked why you didn't stop to film it, the witness replied. "We were in a hurry, on our way to the cinema, my girlfriend was driving and didn’t acknowledged what i was witnessing, she didn’t really care and couldn’t really look at it so she kept going."
