Black UFO Captured Observing The Antares NG-11 Rocket Launch. April 17, 2019

Video Description

This black object didn't turn up for the first 20 minutes into the launch sequence and remain until lift off. We see the object moving to and fro and it would seem that this object was keeping a close watch on this event. Could the technical evolution that allows more and more space be a cause of concern for the watchers?
