This footage was captured from the balcony of the witness with the following statement "Video captured from the Providencia commune, South / East orientation. It was around midnight (Sun 24 October)
It should be noted that several nights ago I have seen this type of "phenomenon"
But it is the first time that I manage to take a record with my phone."
