This is reportedly from an interview between former Astronaut Gordon Cooper and James Fox. Cooper, unfortunately, died in 2004, but he was very vocal about the phenomenon.
What happened to the film?
Do the presidents actually know? Or are they kept in the dark for their own protection?
Cooper also relays how the U2 program was intentionally kept "not classified" to hide its secrets from congress. Could that have happened with UFOs as well?
