In the clip which is a story about a SUV that hit several parked cars before colliding into this police car but the reporter seem not to notice that moments before the SUV comes hurtling down the road another vehicle pulls up along side the patrol car but as the SUV comes crashing down the road and just before it hits the police car this mysterious vehicle just vanish..
