Statement from one of the witnesses (Patricia Forrester Mcauley). "We live across the boarder to Canada, in Port Huron. Right across the lake is what we call "chemical valley". There are a lot of factories. Sometimes they do a burn off and it will look like the sky is on fire and something we are used to seeing quite often. But, this is not that. It's nothing like that, which is why I posted it"
