Second clip was filmed from a young lady that goes by the name Harley Quinn and was filmed in Minnesota on June 9th 2020 at 11:30-midnight
and she told me that she usually work from midnight to noon and this was a off day but she is use to being awake late night to early morning and was filming an approaching storm when she caught this thing moving.
