UFO Slice

Witness stated the following: "I was talking on the phone in my office and looking through a window when I saw this. I was unable to make a video because I was using the device but I snapped two pics and with "live photos" I was able to make this video. I work at the top floor of this tower, which is roughly 10 to 13 feet from the ground. The object was probably traveling at 160/180 meters. It looked like it was about 3/4 meters tall.The strangest thing was I was able to see the object until it disappear on the horizon. The object did not shift direction or altitude, it just kept going until it was just a dot and eventually disappeared. There was no significant wind that day and there are some irregularities on the terrain below as well as tall buildings. Note that this is by the shore so at some point the object was over water.
Never seen anything like it and I truly can't figure out what this was."
