Danny and Lauren Perez- The Radikals:
Lauren and Danny Perez, known collectively as The Radikals, are authors, paranormal investigators,
and dedicated archivists of the unexplained. Blending historical research, hands-on investigation, and
immersive storytelling, they specialize in documenting strange encounters, unsettling locations, and
what they carefully refer to as “Problematic Items”, objects with troubling histories or unexplained
phenomena attached to them.
Rather than jumping straight to labels like haunted or cursed, The Radikals approach each case with
balance: curiosity paired with open minded skepticism, belief tempered by documentation. Every item,
every report, and every story is researched, logged, tested, and preserved like a living piece of history.
Their philosophy is simple:
