UFO Slice

First of all, I took out the sound for copyright reasons & i don't like this dude. Now let get to the story behind this footage.
This video was taken on April 19, 2019 by a young lady named Anna and during a restless night Anna decided to go to her car to listen to some music as not to disturb the neighbours as it was ten pass two in the morning. When Anna made it to her car which took a minute, she noticed the lights in the apartment above her's flashing abruptly with some sort of black orb moving in front of the window so the smart girl that Anna is grabbed her phone and started to film the event and what she caught was a shadow person. In the footage we see the black orb moving around the front window as Anna said but this time we can see it take the form of a shadowy figure, only for a couple of second but it's there..
Now i raised a couple of questions to Anna when chatting to her, my first was how do you know that someone wasn't having a party? Anna reply was "There was no music or people talking. We live right under these people and you can hear when one of them sighs a little loud. Maybe a very quiet party. Which is my kind of party honestly." This led to the next question. Where was the music coming from? She told me from her car.
This is my opinion.. This is a damn good catch, not something we see everyday.
