This footage was shot from a family's backyard during a day in the swimming pool in Cave Creek a town in Maricopa County, Arizona. In the footage we see this dark object seeming to be having two problems first with its stabilisation as it looks like it trying to level itself out and secondly with its cloaking technology as we can clearly see the craft disappear and reappear several time. We also can here one of the witnesses say "The fighter jets are coming in" so with the problems occurring was this craft picked up on radar?
I would not be surprised if reports that something when down in the surrounding areas start coming in but only time will tell...
