This footage was taken at an old courthouse in Southeast Ohio on February 19, 2026.
The Witness Stated The Following: "I’m doing work at a local courthouse they have a metal detector and a thermal camera at the front door. Last week we noticed something at the front door but there was nothing there. A little while later we saw it again and took this video and it appears to wave at us. I tried to explain it by saying it was a reflection or something like that , but couldn’t.

In talking to different people at the courthouse they believe it is a woman who was tried and convicted, and sentenced to death in this courthouse. Many people there have paranormal stories."
