High strangeness led veteran ufologists Jacques Vallée and Eric Davis to conclude that the unidentified phenomena are both mental and physical. They provide a 6-layer model to better investigate and understand the Phenomenon.
I learned a lot from the paper written almost 20 years ago. Not much has changed, and I think the assessment could be spot on.
